We work closely with the students in practicing shooting and rebounding skills and perfecting the jump shots. There are a variety of drills that we work with students on and different aspects of shooting in making sure they have that perfect aim.

This is one of the best drills to improve a player's ability to scramble and match up. A player's defense is at a constant disadvantage and it forces them to hustle, communicate, and rotate therefore defense drill training is essential in winning a game.
